General Terms & Conditions

Rockstars Digitals is a digital art direction studio. We deliver AI-assisted, art-directed brand worlds, merch model imagery, motion, brand campaigns and related creative deliverables.

Our services are creative, marketing and promotional in nature. We are an AI-driven content agency; we produce brand and campaign content, not professional advice of any other kind.

All deliverables are produced using a combination of human art direction and generative AI tooling. The client acknowledges and accepts the creative, non-deterministic nature of this process.

All campaigns, capsules, motion assets and custom builds are delivered as-is, on a no-revision basis. The price reflects a fixed creative output, not an iterative production cycle.

Minor caption, typo or technical export corrections may be honoured at our sole discretion. Re-shoots, re-renders, restyling, additional looks, garment swaps or alternative merch models are paid add-ons.

Merch model faces, bodies, scenes and motion assets are partly or fully generated using AI systems. Hands, fingers, jewellery, fabric weave, logo legibility, text on garments and fine product detail may exhibit imperfections inherent to generative models.

The client accepts a reasonable consistency margin between frames, looks and deliverables. Minor variations in facial features, skin tone, garment fit or background are not considered defects.

We do not warrant photo-real accuracy of any product, garment, logo or person. Where exact product fidelity is required, the client must commission a custom build and approve references in advance.

All merch models in the Lookbook are synthetic. They do not depict real, identifiable individuals. Any resemblance to an existing person is coincidental and unintentional.

Rockstars Digitals retains all rights, title and interest in the underlying merch model identities, including their face, name and visual signature. The client receives a usage licence to the delivered campaign assets only; the client does not acquire ownership of the merch model identity itself.

The client may not retrain, fine-tune, invert, reconstruct or otherwise reproduce the merch model likeness in any other AI system, dataset or generative pipeline.

By purchasing any service — brand campaign, custom build, motion or add-on — the client grants Rockstars Digitals a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt and display the resulting deliverables and brand name on our website, showroom, lookbook, case studies, social media channels, pitch materials and portfolio.

Clients requiring confidentiality or a publication delay must request a written non-disclosure arrangement before purchase. Standard pricing assumes public portfolio use.

Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the delivered campaign assets for the marketing and promotion of their own products and brand.

The client may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw assets to third parties, and may not use the deliverables to train, fine-tune or feed any AI/ML system.

Rockstars Digitals retains ownership of all underlying models, prompts, workflows, merch model identities, project files and unused outputs.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all campaigns are produced mobile-first in 9:16 portrait format, optimised for social media, vertical web and in-feed advertising.

Standard exports:

• Stills: JPG / PNG, 9:16 portrait, up to 2160 × 3840 px
• Motion Starter & Mini Campaign 5/10/20: MP4 (H.264), 9:16 portrait, up to 1080 × 1920 px, 5–10 seconds
• Video assets: MP4 (H.264), 9:16 portrait, frame rate 24–30 fps

Other aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 16:9) are available as paid add-ons and must be requested before production starts.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all garments, products, references, logos, text, music and other materials supplied to us are owned by or properly licensed to the client.

By uploading materials to the brand portal, the client warrants that we are permitted to use them for the purposes of producing the agreed deliverables, and the client indemnifies Rockstars Digitals against any third-party claim arising from those materials.

Uploaded materials must not contain: nudity or sexually explicit content, violence/blood/shocking imagery, drugs or drug-related content, weapons, hateful or discriminatory imagery, or any content for which the client does not hold the necessary usage rights. We may refuse or remove such material without refund.

AI generates a new interpretation of supplied garments, products and photos. Very small text, fine patterns and small logos are not always reproduced correctly; reflections, glare and heavy shadows may affect the result; transparent materials, lace, sequins and very complex details may deviate from the original. Small differences in colour, texture, details or proportions are inherent to the process and are not considered defects. Detailed upload guidelines are shown in the brand portal at the moment of upload.

Digital Twin is a paid add-on (+€100) available on Capsule, Merch Model and Content Pack. The client uploads one source photo via the brand portal after payment; that photo is used as the visual base for an AI-generated Digital Twin of the depicted person.

Source photo requirements — what is allowed:

• Selfie or regular photo; close-up, half body or full body.
• Filters are allowed.
• Small text or subtle logos on clothing are fine.

Source photo requirements — please ensure:

• The face is clearly visible.
• No hands in front of the face.
• The photo is not taken from the side.
• No hard shadows across the face.
• The person is not standing in a large group.
• The photo is sharp.

Source photo requirements — not allowed:

• Nudity or explicit sexual content.
• Violence or gore.
• Drugs or drug-related content.
• Weapons.
• Hateful or offensive imagery.

By uploading the source photo the client warrants that (a) the depicted person is the client or has given verifiable, informed consent to be turned into a Digital Twin and to all uses described in these Terms, (b) the client holds the rights to the photo, and (c) the photo does not infringe any third-party rights. The client indemnifies Rockstars Digitals against any claim relating to portrait, image, privacy or IP rights of the depicted person or third parties.

A Digital Twin is an AI interpretation of the source photo, not a photograph. Small deviations in appearance, body, hair, clothing or details are inherent to the process and are not considered defects. Filters, heavy make-up or other edits in the source photo may carry over visibly into the Twin. For close-up or half-body uploads, the AI generates the missing body parts itself.

The source photo is processed solely to produce the agreed Digital Twin deliverables. We do not use Digital Twin source photos to train, fine-tune or enrich our base AI models or the public Lookbook identities. Source photos and Twin renders are retained as part of the order record; the depicted person may request deletion of their source photo and unused Twin renders by written notice, subject to legal retention obligations on invoicing and order data.

All Showroom, Socials & Portfolio Use rights in these Terms apply equally to Digital Twin deliverables unless a written confidentiality arrangement is agreed in advance.

Where a campaign includes a hosted micro-site or 'campaign page' (e.g. on a .live or comparable subdomain we control), hosting is provided on a best-effort basis for an initial term of 12 months from launch, after which renewal is subject to a separate hosting fee.

We do not transfer ownership of the underlying code, template, hosting account or domain. The client receives a hosted, managed campaign page — not source code or domain control — unless explicitly agreed in writing.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, search engine ranking, traffic or conversion for any hosted page.

Payments are processed via authorised European payment providers (Mollie Payments B.V. and similar). Production starts only after payment is confirmed.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is not charged under §19 of the Estonian VAT Act (small-business exemption). Services are supplied by Cryptofamily Nederland OÜ (trading as Rockstars Digitals), Estonia.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a service, campaign, capsule, custom build or motion has been started, produced or delivered, no right of cancellation, refund, chargeback or compensation exists — regardless of the stage of execution.

Statutory consumer withdrawal rights, where applicable, are expressly waived by the client to the extent permitted, as our services consist of personalised digital content produced on demand and begun with the client's prior express consent.

Initiating an unjustified chargeback constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles Rockstars Digitals to recover the disputed amount plus reasonable administrative and legal costs.

We will never ask for your passwords or other sensitive account credentials. Any such request claiming to come from Rockstars Digitals should be considered fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

We make no representation, warranty or guarantee regarding sales, reach, engagement, conversion, follower growth, brand perception or any other commercial outcome of a campaign.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any service is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity.

We reserve the right to adjust prices for services, memberships and packages at any time. Price changes take immediate effect for new orders. Existing recurring arrangements may be re-indexed on a quarterly basis, with at least 14 days' notice through the agreed communication channel.

By placing an order, completing a checkout or otherwise engaging our services, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full, and accepts full responsibility for all consequences arising from their participation.

These Terms and all related agreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court of Tallinn, Estonia.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
